Cockburn Circuit 4WD A 133km round trip from the Gibb River Road, the Cockburn Circuit is the most scenic of tracks at El Questro. The track circumnavigates the Cockburn Ranges allowing drivers to see spectacular scenery, including tidal rivers, mud flats and Savannah plains. Pre-order a picnic hamper or pack your own lunch to enjoy along the way, it won’t be hard to find a spot with a spectacular view! Be sure to let Reception know that you are taking this track as we recommend it for experienced drivers only. Saddleback Ridge A 7 km round trip from the Station, the steep, narrow Saddleback Ridge track is much more of a challenge and recommended for experienced drivers only. A true outback adventure, experience the Pentecost Valley with its rich riverside vegetation and rocky, sloped landscape sparsely covered with spinifex, grevilleas and strands of snappy gums. Drive to the top for the spectacular 360-degree view from a platform overlooking sandstone escarpments, with all of El Questro in the distance.
