We have two distinctly different ways to enjoy your El Questro camping experience.
The first is at "Black Cockatoo," the general camping ground central to all facilities including guest showers, bathrooms and laundry. Here at the Station you will find the General Store, Steakhouse Restaurant and Swinging Arm Bar where you can meet and mix with other outback adventurers travelling through Australia's North West.
Alternatively, you can choose to be secluded from other campers at one of 25 Private Riverside sites, named for inhabitants such as "Willy Wagtail," "Bustard" or "Sea Eagle.” These bush camping sites are situated further along the Pentecost River, yet close to the heart of the property. They are approximately a 10 minute drive from The Station's central facilities, which are available for use by all campers.
The style of El Questro campsite you choose depends on the experience you wish to enjoy.

Station Store
The Station Store is the hub of the township. From checking in to booking a tour, buying a souvenir or a postcard – all your needs are met.
To ensure you never go hungry or want for anything, we provide cold drinks, water, ice cream, pre-packed sandwiches, fruit, chocolates and snacks. We also supply all your camping essentials, such as bread, butter, milk, baked beans, eggs and ice. Naturally, we sell postcards, stamps, sunscreen, insect repellent, toiletries, batteries and other necessities you may need away from home.
If you love the Kimberley as much as we do, you will want to take a little home. Our souvenir and gift range covers fun T-shirts, polos, hats, frisbees, bags and much more. We are very proud of our region and we like to share it with our visitors. We stock a range of books that will deepen your knowledge and appreciation of the area – they also make great souvenir mementos to show family and friends.
We also sell brochures, trail fact sheets and maps to help you plan your stay at El Questro. To help keep you on the road, we sell Diesel, ULP and refill camping gas bottles and for those unplanned breakdowns, tyre sales and repairs are available from our on site mechanic.
