Camping
We have two distinctly different ways to enjoy your El Questro camping experience. The first is at a location known as "Black Cockatoo", central to the guest showers, bathrooms and the Station Store. Here you will meet and mix with other outback adventurers, all travelling with their own camping gear.
Alternatively, you can choose from a selection of private sites, all secluded from other campers. These sites are approximately a ten-minute drive from the central facilities building, which is available for use at no extra charge. Riverside campsites are along the Pentecost River close to the Station. Please note that private sites are limited and subject to availability.
No forward bookings required for groups under 10 persons.

Providing air conditioned comfort with private facilities, our bungalows are stylishly decorated with polished floorboards and some with balconies overlooking the river.
Conveniently located next to the Steakhouse Restaurant and the Swinging Arm Bar, the Bungalows overlook the Pentecost River and are just a short stroll from a peaceful swimming hole.
Bedding includes one Queen bed and two single beds (maximum 4 people) or alternatively one Queen bed, two singe beds and two single bunk beds (maximum 6 people).

Which El Questro campsite you choose is up to you. Simply decide when you check in at the Station Store upon arrival.
Price per person per night (including GST):
Adult $18 per person per day / Child 12 and under complimentary
Group of 10 or more remain as contracted mid last year and plan an increase of $2.50 per person to $14.50 for next year (child 12 and under comp)
Adult $20 per person per day / Child 12 and under complimentary.
Prices for the general camping ground and private sites are the same. No forward bookings required for groups under 10 persons. Visitors camping must purchase a Wilderness Park Permit in addition to their camping fee.
Camping season is 01 April to 31 October, subject to climatic conditions.
