El Questro Booking Terms and Conditions (Updated 12 July 2021)
'We', 'our' or 'us' means El Questro Wilderness Park (Resort), owned and operated by Discovery Holiday Parks Pty Limited ACN 111 782 846 which is the operator of this website.
El Questro Homestead (Rooms/Retreats/Suite)
Deposit and Final Payment Policy
To secure your Homestead reservation, we will require a deposit equivalent to one (1) night of accommodation taken from your nominated credit card.
The remaining balance (inclusive of all accommodation, pre-booked meals, conferencing, functions, transfers, visitor permits and tours) will be automatically processed on the nominated credit card sixty (60) days prior to your arrival date.
Payment of the total booking amount is required at the time of booking if the date of arrival is within sixty (60) days of booking.
Please contact our reservations team on (08) 7210 9600 to prepay your remaining balance via an alternative method of payment.
Cancellation, Amendment and Refund Policy
Any Homestead cancellations or amendments requested greater than sixty (60) days prior to arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one (1) night of accommodation.
Any cancellations or amendments requested between thirty one (31) and sixty (60) days from arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to fifty (50) percent of the booking (inclusive of all accommodation, pre-booked meals, conferencing, functions, transfers, visitor permits and tours).
Any cancellations or amendments requested within thirty (30) days of arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one hundred (100) percent of the booking (inclusive of all accommodation, pre-booked meals, conferencing, functions, transfers, visitor permits and tours).
No refunds are available in the event of an early departure or non-arrival.
Emma Gorge
Deposit and Final Payment Policy
To secure your Emma Gorge reservation, we will require a deposit equivalent to one (1) night of accommodation taken from your nominated credit card.
The remaining balance (inclusive of all accommodation, pre-booked meals, conferencing, functions, transfers, visitor permits and tours) will be automatically processed on the nominated credit card fourteen (14) days prior to your arrival.
Payment of the total booking amount is required at the time of booking if the date of arrival is within fourteen (14) days of booking.

Any cancellations or amendments requested within fourteen days (14) days of arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one hundred (100) percent of the booking (inclusive of all accommodation, pre-booked meals, conferencing, functions, transfers, visitor permits and tours).

El Questro Station (Station Tents / Garden View & River View Rooms)
Deposit and Final Payment Policy
To secure your Station reservation, we will require a deposit equivalent to one (1) night of accommodation taken from your nominated credit card.
The remaining balance (inclusive of all accommodation, pre-booked meals, conferencing, functions, transfers, visitor permits and tours) will be automatically processed on the nominated credit card fourteen (14) days prior to your arrival.

The remaining balance (inclusive of all accommodation, pre-booked meals, conferencing, functions, transfers, visitor permits and tours) will be automatically processed on the nominated credit card upon your arrival.
Cancellation, Amendment and Refund Policy
Any Campground cancellations or amendments requested prior to arrival date will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one (1) night of accommodation.
No refunds are available in the event of an early departure or non-arrival.
