El Questro Booking Terms and Conditions

‘We’, ‘our’ or ‘us’ means El Questro Wilderness Park (Resort), owned and operated by Discovery Holiday Parks Pty Limited ACN 111 782 846 which is the operator of this website.

Guarantee Policy

To secure your reservation, we will require a credit card number and expiry date. While we do require this information to guarantee your reservation, no charges are processed to your card at this time. Full payment can be made upon check-out from the Resort. Please see our Cancellation, Amendment & Refund Policy below, which outlines any charges you may incur in case of cancellation or amendments.

Cancellation, Amendment & Refund Policy for bookings made for The Station and Emma George.

No cancellation fees apply if the booking is cancelled or amended more than 7 days prior to arrival. Any cancellations or amendments within 7 to 4 days of arrival will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to one night's accommodation. Any cancellations or amendments within 72 hours of arrival will incur full cancellation fees, including accommodation, pre-booked meals, transfers and pre-booked tours.

Cancellation, Amendment & Refund Policy Refund Policy applies to bookings made for The Homestead.

No cancellation fees apply if the booking is cancelled or amended more than 61 days prior to arrival. Cancellations or amendments within 60 - 31 days of arrival incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total accommodation package per room, based on original booked dates. Cancellations or amendments within 31 days of arrival will incur 100% cancellation fees, including accommodation, transfers and pre-booked day tours.

In making your booking you acknowledge that you have read and accept the Waiver, Release, Discharge and Indemnity.
